心腦血管病是造成國(guó)人死亡的第一原因,是危害人類(lèi)健康的主要疾病。“河北省心腦血管病防治協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心”(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“中心”)的建立始于2012年3月15日由教育部和財(cái)政部實(shí)施的“高等學(xué)校創(chuàng)新能力提升計(jì)劃”(即“2011計(jì)劃”)。“中心”以降低心腦血管病發(fā)病率、提高人民健康水平為目的,以創(chuàng)新能力提升為突破,在基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究之上,以協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、科研成果的快速臨床轉(zhuǎn)化為工作重點(diǎn),積極開(kāi)展“原創(chuàng)性、前瞻性和應(yīng)用性”研究,努力為我省乃至國(guó)家的心腦血管病防治提供強(qiáng)有力的理論支撐,人才保障和智力支持。

“中心”由三個(gè)國(guó)家臨床重點(diǎn)專(zhuān)科建設(shè)項(xiàng)目——河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科、心血管內(nèi)科和心臟大血管外科牽頭,聯(lián)合河北省神經(jīng)病學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、河北省心腦血管病研究所、山東第一醫(yī)科大學(xué)(原泰山醫(yī)學(xué)院)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化研究所、河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)病理生理及生理教研室(河北省重點(diǎn)學(xué)科)、國(guó)家著名心腦血管病藥物研發(fā)企業(yè)——石藥集團(tuán)、河北省疾病預(yù)防控制中心、同時(shí)聯(lián)合省內(nèi)11個(gè)設(shè)區(qū)市三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院的心腦血管病診療研究機(jī)構(gòu)和相關(guān)臨床科室,瞄準(zhǔn)國(guó)際前沿,服務(wù)地方,凝練4大協(xié)同創(chuàng)新方向:①心腦血管病關(guān)鍵病例機(jī)制研究與臨床治療策略探討;②創(chuàng)新心腦血管病治療模式,提高治愈率、降低殘疾率;③心腦血管病新藥研發(fā)與有效藥物篩選;④心腦血管病聯(lián)合防控體系建設(shè)。打造國(guó)內(nèi)一流、多學(xué)科合作、優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的綜合平臺(tái),匯聚在國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)界有重大影響力的著名專(zhuān)家學(xué)者為平臺(tái)負(fù)責(zé)人,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展前沿性研究工作。

為了集中力量對(duì)血管疾病進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)攻關(guān)研究,2015年1月25日,基于河北省心腦血管病防治協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第二醫(yī)院及山東第一醫(yī)科大學(xué)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化研究所而建立“河北省血管穩(wěn)態(tài)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”,并于2018年6月8日通過(guò)河北省科學(xué)技術(shù)廳組織的“省級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”驗(yàn)收,已納入省級(jí)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理。實(shí)驗(yàn)室具備國(guó)際一流的神經(jīng)血管分析和動(dòng)態(tài)觀測(cè)平臺(tái),配備高精尖儀器設(shè)備和頂級(jí)數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng),并擁有臨床病房作為基地,開(kāi)展臨床應(yīng)用研究。

“中心”在建設(shè)中獲得了國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金,河北省教育廳、財(cái)政廳、衛(wèi)健委(原衛(wèi)計(jì)委)、科技廳,河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)以及石藥集團(tuán)的大力支持。共建單位前期及成立后共榮獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng),國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),河北省科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)8項(xiàng),河北省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)11項(xiàng),河北省科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)35項(xiàng),中國(guó)藥學(xué)會(huì)科學(xué)技術(shù)三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)。目前已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文2538篇,其中SCI論文324篇,其中8篇論文榮獲國(guó)家衛(wèi)計(jì)委腦防辦百篇優(yōu)秀論文。起草了《中國(guó)腦梗死中西醫(yī)結(jié)合診治指南2017》,參加撰寫(xiě)腦血管病指南6部,舉辦腦血管病新進(jìn)展學(xué)習(xí)班4期,在全國(guó)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議大會(huì)交流20次。建成了河北省腦血管病分級(jí)診療區(qū)域中心-石家莊市17個(gè)縣和24個(gè)社區(qū)醫(yī)院雙向轉(zhuǎn)診網(wǎng)絡(luò),是“河北省腦血管病規(guī)范化治療培訓(xùn)基地”、“河北省疑難腦血管病遠(yuǎn)程會(huì)診中心”,極大地促進(jìn)了河北省腦血管病診療水平提升,團(tuán)隊(duì)獲得了“河北省高校李保國(guó)式科技服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)”。

“中心”本著優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、資源共享、互惠互利的原則,歡迎國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)療單位、專(zhuān)家學(xué)者積極參與“中心”的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新工作。
